About the Role

The Marketing Coordinator joins the Calgary Marketing Team, supporting both Homes and Communities divisions across Alberta. Working closely with Sales, Customer Care and regional marketing partners, the role brings the brand to life at every customer touchpoint—from showhomes and events to websites and social media—while coordinating trades, printers, installers and vendors to ensure high‑standard presentation and exceptional customer experiences both in‑person and online. • Set up, maintain, and audit showhomes and point‑of‑sale locations for brand consistency and cleanliness. • Support homeowner experience initiatives such as gifts and journey touchpoints. • Maintain brand standards across assets, locations, and external partners. • Build and deploy email marketing campaigns via the CRM system. • Coordinate creation, proofing, and distribution of signage, print collateral, and digital assets. • Manage photo, video, and Matterport tours to showcase homes and communities. • Oversee signage distribution, installation, and tracking. • Track marketing costs, approve invoices, and aid budget management. • Support in‑person and virtual events, including grand openings and community activations. • Assist in developing promotional strategies, schedules, and timelines. • Collaborate with Alberta and North American marketing teams to implement programs and share best practices. • Prepare and submit award packages as required. • Support social media programming through content sourcing and creation.

What You Bring

• Post‑secondary diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or Public Relations. • Experience with digital marketing tools, CMS, and CRM systems (preferred). • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. • Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through and execution. • Proven ability to build effective relationships with internal teams and external partners. • Comfortable working both in‑office and in‑field at community locations. • Residential homebuilding or real‑estate marketing experience (asset).
