About the Role

The role focuses on designing and producing plan sets for a variety of land-development projects while adhering to the firm’s drafting standards. Applicants should have at least a high school diploma (an associate degree is preferred) and three or more years of relevant experience. Advanced proficiency with Autodesk or Bentley products, strong attention to detail, professional communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential. • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred. • Minimum 3 years of relevant CAD experience. • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk or Bentley products. • Detail-oriented with strong communication and teamwork skills. • Self-starter with strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
