About the Role
This position is responsible for maintaining a clean construction site and completing minor punch‑out tasks under the direction of the construction management team. Duties include general site upkeep, yard work such as watering grass and pulling weeds, and addressing minor warranty, framing, painting, sheetrock, carpentry, and similar issues. • Maintain job site cleanliness • Perform yard duties (water grass, pull weeds) • Complete minor punch‑out tasks (warranty, framing, paint, sheetrock, carpentry)
