About the Role

The New Home Consultant guides homebuyers from initial contact through closing, using proactive sales techniques and strong relationship management. Success requires deep knowledge of the housing market and the ability to provide a seamless buying experience. • Engage visitors, assess home‑buying needs using Lennar’s selling philosophy. • Generate, process, and close home sales through self‑generated or referred leads using the 10‑5‑2‑1 approach. • Maintain follow‑through with customers from initial contact through closing and post‑closing, recording communications. • Keep the Welcome Home Center, model homes, and inventory homes in good condition and coordinate maintenance. • Travel locally to prospect leads from Realtors, referrals, and self‑prospecting. • Develop deep knowledge of market, product offerings, community details, sales trends, advertising, and demographics. • Track daily customer traffic with company tools and collaborate with internal departments for smooth transactions. • Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing initiatives.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree and real‑estate license preferred. • 1–3 years experience in new‑home sales, real estate, or related field. • Proven ability to build relationships and close sales. • Strong communication, organizational, and customer‑service skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales‑tracking tools. • Self‑motivated, results‑driven, able to work independently. • Regular in‑person attendance at job sites and offices; ability to work >8 hrs in construction trailer. • Ability to operate a motor vehicle, read plans, climb stairs/ladders, lift >50 lb, and use computer keyboard.
