About the Role

The Campus Recruiting Specialist, based in Nashville, TN, provides operational and programmatic support to the Campus Recruiting Manager, assisting with campus and early‑career recruiting initiatives such as internships, co‑ops, and entry‑level hires. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and delivering recruiting programs while ensuring a positive candidate experience and strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and academic institutions. Key duties include organizing career fairs, information sessions, classroom presentations, site visits, sponsorships, and national conferences, as well as managing calendars, timelines, and task tracking for recruiting projects. The specialist coordinates interview scheduling, candidate communications, and follow‑up activities, maintains accurate data in applicant tracking systems, and supports reporting on metrics like event participation and pipeline conversion. • Support execution of campus recruiting activities (career fairs, information sessions, conferences). • Assist with planning and logistics for intern, co‑op, and early‑career programs, including onboarding coordination. • Manage calendars, timelines, and task tracking for recruiting initiatives. • Coordinate interview scheduling, communications, and follow‑up for candidate pipelines. • Assist with candidate screening, sharing, and tracking across business centers. • Maintain relationships with universities, career centers, student organizations, and academic partners. • Update and maintain target school lists and track engagement activities. • Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Operations teams to meet recruiting timelines. • Ensure accurate candidate data and documentation in applicant tracking and recruiting systems. • Support reporting and analysis of campus recruiting metrics (event participation, pipeline status, conversion outcomes). • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local recruitment legislation and data accuracy standards. • Collaborate with Marketing and Talent Management to create communications, digital content, and outreach materials. • Create and update materials for career fairs, information sessions, and conferences. • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance organization and candidate experience. • Provide administrative and project support to the Campus Recruiting Manager as needed.

What You Bring

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field, with a Master’s preferred, and possess 1‑3 years of experience in recruiting, campus relations, or HR coordination. Desired qualifications include advanced project management skills, knowledge of recruitment legislation, strong leadership and communication abilities, a continuous‑improvement mindset, and proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel), ATS/CRM platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Smartsheet. The position requires occasional travel during peak campus seasons, as well as the ability to perform physical tasks such as sitting, standing, lifting up to 10 pounds (occasionally 25 pounds), and using a computer for extended periods.
