About the Role
The Manager / Senior Manager – MMM Segment role within Schneider Electric’s Lauritz Knudsen Electrical & Automation (LK‑EA) business unit focuses on business development, customer engagement, and opportunity creation for electrical and automation solutions in the Metals, Minerals & Mining segment across North & East India. The position is tasked with connecting with customers, securing product approvals, influencing specifications, and building a robust enquiry pipeline while gathering market and competitor insights. The role requires regular travel throughout the region, including remote sites, to conduct assessments, meet customers, and coordinate with internal design, application, and factory teams. Success will be measured by increased pipeline volume, successful product prescriptions, and timely market intelligence reporting to leadership. • Re‑establish and grow relationships with existing and new customers, EPC contractors, and consultants in the Metals, Minerals & Mining segment. • Identify and map new business opportunities across cement, metals, minerals, and mining industries. • Drive LK‑EA product approvals and ensure inclusion of solutions in technical specifications before tender release. • Deliver technical presentations, solution positioning, and value‑based selling to customers and influencers. • Expand the enquiry pipeline through proactive market mapping and early project identification. • Track ongoing and upcoming projects in North & East India and influence specification stages. • Coordinate with internal design, application, and factory teams to meet customer requirements. • Collect and report market intelligence on competitor activity, pricing trends, customer preferences, and project developments. • Travel extensively across the region, including remote customer and project sites, for assessments and coordination.

What You Bring
• Hold a B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics with 7–10 years of relevant experience.
