About the Role
The Restoration Supervisor works as part of a team to perform emergency services and contents restoration while adhering to company policies and EPA, OSHA, and local safety regulations. The role requires availability for after‑hours and weekend emergency response. Work is conducted in dirty, dusty, noisy environments on uneven surfaces that may contain hazardous substances and subject to extreme weather conditions. The role involves frequent travel, handling hazardous materials, and the use of personal protective equipment, with reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities. • Restore residential and commercial properties to dry standard promptly • Monitor and record temperature and humidity on job sites • Set up emergency service equipment and prepare contents for storage • Install containment areas and drying chambers • Clean, HEPA vacuum, and disinfect contaminated contents and work areas • Complete documentation such as moisture maps, field logs, and photo/video records • Follow safety rules, regulations, policies, and site‑specific safety plans while wearing protective gear • Operate routine tools and equipment • Perform routine inspection and preventative maintenance on assigned equipment • Work at high elevations using ladders or scaffolding

What You Bring
The position demands basic mathematical abilities, such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and calculating rates, ratios, and percentages. Strong communication skills are also essential, including reading safety documents, writing routine reports, and speaking effectively to customers and employees. Candidates must be in good physical health, meet OSHA HAZWOPER medical clearance standards, and be able to wear full‑ and half‑face respirators. The job requires working in confined spaces and regularly lifting or carrying 50 + pounds. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and 2–4 years of construction and restoration experience, especially with water or fire damage and hazardous waste. IICRC Water Restoration certification and heavy‑equipment operation experience are preferred. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, good communication, commitment to safety, legal U.S. work eligibility, and bilingual English/Spanish ability (optional) are also required. • High School Diploma or equivalent • Valid driver’s license with clean record • 2–4 years construction and restoration experience, especially water/fire damage and hazardous waste • IICRC Water Restoration certification (preferred) • Heavy‑equipment operation and maintenance experience (preferred) • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to follow directions • Good communication skills and commitment to safety policies • Legal eligibility to work in the United States • Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged (optional)
