About the Role
Reporting to the Project Manager and Project Executive, the incumbent will oversee and direct pre‑construction, engineering, and field installation of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. • Develop and maintain relationships with engineers, design consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and owners’ representatives. • Lead, supervise, and evaluate Turner MEP staff, including performance appraisals. • Oversee daily activities of Engineer‑MEP, Superintendent‑MEP, and their subordinates. • Manage MEP procurement, budgets, quality, safety, engineering coordination, scheduling, installation, commissioning, and project close‑out. • Ensure compliance with contract documents, plans, specifications, and applicable codes. • Identify design features that drive cost premiums and propose cost‑effective alternatives.

What You Bring
The role is based in Minneapolis, MN and requires 100% travel for a full‑time assignment supporting Turner’s Advanced Technology projects across Data Center, Pharmaceutical, Industrial/Manufacturing, and EV/Battery/Renewables market segments. The position involves physical activities such as climbing stairs and ladders, lifting up to 50 lb, and working in environments with moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, or chemicals; reasonable accommodations are provided as needed. • Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 10 years’ experience in design, cost, sequencing, logistics, and field installation of mechanical and electrical systems. • Present technical material clearly and effectively; possess strong oral and written communication skills. • Hold LEED accreditation (preferred) and demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal abilities. • Proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with project management and scheduling software; capable of implementing leading‑edge technologies.

Benefits
