About the Role
The role is a senior project‑management position responsible for directing technical, mission‑critical client projects across regions and practices. The incumbent will develop project goals, schedules, budgets, and strategies while maintaining client confidence and delivering required documentation. Core duties include overseeing design implementation, managing master schedules, preparing RFPs, selecting vendors, and ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory standards. The position also supports company growth by managing risk, training staff, contributing to business development, and overseeing accounts‑receivable performance. • Lead senior-level project management for technical, mission-critical client projects, managing goals, schedules, budgets, and deliverables. • Serve as primary client liaison, guiding design phases from concept through construction documentation and sign‑off. • Develop and maintain master project schedules, monitor performance against milestones, and manage vendor and team compliance. • Prepare RFPs, oversee vendor selection, and manage contract administration. • Identify and mitigate project risks, advise management, and contribute to best‑practice development. • Train and develop team members on firm methodologies and procedures. • Drive business development by expanding existing client relationships and pursuing new opportunities. • Ensure accounts receivable stay within approved working‑capital limits.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least seven years of experience managing Tier 2‑4 data centers or critical manufacturing operations, a bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering (or equivalent), and strong project‑management expertise. Preferred certifications include PMP, LEED, AIA, or PE, and proficiency with MS Office and MS Project is required. • Require 7+ years managing Tier 2‑4 data centers or critical manufacturing operations. • Hold a B.S. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical experience. • Possess PMP, LEED, AIA, or PE certifications (preferred). • Demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills with executive‑level communication ability. • Proficient in MS Office and MS Project; able to interpret architectural drawings and space‑planning concepts. • Able to travel up to 50% and work onsite at client locations.
