About the Role
The supervisor will coordinate labor assignments, ensure safe and efficient plant operations, and work closely with Quality, Maintenance, and other departments to drive continuous improvement and maintain a positive work environment while meeting production goals. • Lead and promote healthy and safe work practices in compliance with regulations and company policy. • Perform quality checks on sites and equipment to meet customer and quality standards. • Develop work schedules to achieve production goals. • Delegate responsibilities to team members. • Provide training and cross‑training, evaluate staff, and initiate disciplinary actions. • Monitor and supervise cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory. • Generate and review daily operation reports to ensure shift continuity and address issues. • Identify, communicate, and escalate maintenance items. • Collaborate with the Quality Department to develop and oversee site quality standards. • Develop and implement action plans to improve plant efficiency and meet objectives. • Document injuries, recommend corrective actions, and prioritize safety. • Hire, coach, develop, monitor, and evaluate staff performance. • Review and recommend personnel actions for approval.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold an associate degree focused on management or supervision and possess at least three years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting, along with familiarity with shop‑floor systems such as MES or SAP and a solid command of Microsoft Office. • Associate degree with emphasis on management or supervision. • Minimum three years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments. • Working knowledge of shop‑floor interfaces such as MES and SAP. • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). • Strong decision‑making, problem‑solving, and conflict‑resolution skills. • Excellent communication and leadership abilities. • Effective time‑management and team‑building skills. • Ability to influence productive working relationships.
