About the Role
The role involves overseeing and documenting preventative maintenance programs—daily, weekly, and monthly—for the clubhouse, gym, pool area, restrooms, and other common areas within the community. It also includes daily grounds upkeep to maintain the property’s appearance, addressing work orders promptly, and assisting the Property Manager with inspections and noting any additional work needed. Projects may involve painting, minor electrical or plumbing tasks, power washing, mailbox repairs, and hurricane preparedness for the clubhouse and pool deck, as well as setting up rooms for meetings. Daily responsibilities include maintaining the pool and clubhouse area by straightening the deck, removing leaves and palm fronds, collecting trash, cleaning and stocking restrooms, and ensuring the fitness center remains clean and orderly. The employee works with the Property Manager to determine supply and equipment needs, picking up items from approved vendors as required, and is responsible for keeping the maintenance shop and work areas organized and clean. A background in construction or handyman work is beneficial, and regular attendance, punctuality, and dependability are required. • Oversee and document daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance for all community facilities. • Perform daily grounds upkeep to maintain property appearance. • Respond promptly to work orders and assist with property inspections. • Manage small projects such as painting, minor electrical/plumbing, power washing, and mailbox repairs. • Maintain pool and clubhouse areas, including deck cleaning, trash removal, and restroom stocking. • Coordinate supply and equipment needs with the Property Manager and procure from approved vendors. • Keep the maintenance shop and work areas organized and clean.

Benefits
This is a full‑time position working Tuesday through Saturday, 9:30 am‑6:00 pm, with a pay rate of $24‑$26 based on experience.
