About the Role
The Senior Field Marketing Specialist is a key role within our regional marketing team, reporting to the Head of MEA Marketing and Communications and based in Dubai. The role is partially strategic and operational, supporting and executing lead generation, marketing, branding, and event strategy for Smart Building technologies across the Middle East and Africa. The specialist will be accountable for all marketing projects and inquiries in the region, develop structure, administer and update local marketing repositories, and support the preparation of value content such as white papers, webinars, videos, and animations for digital campaigns. They will also develop global marketing news updates and execute daily marketing priorities to keep the department functioning and support marketing managers. • Plan, localize, and execute multi-channel demand generation programs that generate qualified leads and accelerate pipeline conversion. • Build and manage campaign calendars, aligning closely with sales leaders to ensure marketing programs support business priorities. • Work hand-in-hand with the Regional Head of Marketing to implement strategic initiatives and adapt and execute them for Middle East & Africa. • Monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing funnels; ensuring every tactic is tied to measurable outcomes (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution). • Maintain campaign dashboards and share insights with local and regional stakeholders. • Collaborate with global marketing squads to localize and land strategic campaigns in the region, ensuring cultural and market relevance. • Provide feedback and insight to global teams on customer behavior, market trends, and competitive activity. • Act as a connector between corporate strategy and local market dynamics, ensuring the voice of the market is consistently heard. • Partner with the sales team to support sales enablement and event execution. • Deliver content and tools tailored to local buying behaviors and customer needs.

What You Bring
Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or equivalent, and a minimum of 5-6 years’ experience as a Marketing Specialist or Generalist within a matrix organization in the UAE. Candidates must have hands‑on experience in lead generation and supporting regional events or trade shows, strong branding passion, problem‑solving, teamwork, and proficiency with marketing tools, MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, HTML, and web enhancement tools. Excellent English communication, strong writing, editing, research skills, high‑level customer service, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment are also required. • Own end-to-end campaign execution, from planning to performance analysis.
