About the Role
In this role you will guide the initial phase of fabrication using computerized manufacturing technologies, position materials and tooling to exact specifications, and adjust equipment while editing programs based on production documentation. You will also perform rotational tasks such as grinding, forming, welding, and spot‑welding, ensure compliance with safety procedures, inspect work for quality and dimensional accuracy, conduct preventative maintenance, and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. • Use computerized manufacturing technologies to guide initial fabrication phases. • Position production materials and tooling to exact dimensions per specifications. • Operate and adjust equipment, editing programs according to production documentation. • Perform rotational assignments such as grinding, forming, welding, and spot‑welding. • Follow safety procedures and report unsafe conditions or potential hazards. • Inspect work to ensure compliance with quality and dimensional standards. • Conduct preventative maintenance and assist in troubleshooting systems. • Participate in continuous improvement activities as a team member.

What You Bring
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred experience of one year in CNC manufacturing equipment and at least two years in production work. Proficiency with Windows Word, Excel, Outlook, and JD Edwards, strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, and the capacity to read blueprints and handle heavy material gauges are also important. • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Preferred: 1 year CNC manufacturing equipment experience. • Preferred: 2+ years production work experience. • Proficient with Windows Word, Excel, Outlook, and JD Edwards. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints. • Physical ability to lift, slide, and handle heavy material gauges. • Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills. • Adaptability to rapidly changing business circumstances.

Compensation is transparent, with a salary range of $22.86–$37.83 based on location, knowledge, skills, experience, education, and performance, plus eligibility for additional incentives.
