About the Role

The Customer Development Manager – GT will play a pivotal role in delivering better care for billions of people by building and managing Kimberly‑Clark’s portfolio of iconic, ground‑breaking brands. You will bring professional expertise, talent, and drive to help the company achieve its purpose of creating better care for a better world. In this role you will develop, implement and monitor plans to achieve secondary sales targets (MT/GT ISM) across assigned distributors, manage the trade promotional budget and trade fund to generate a profitable sales mix, and oversee account receivables. You will optimize route‑to‑market coverage, ensure effective call performance, and execute the category and trade promotion plans in the GT channel and secondary MT customers, analyzing promotions and providing market intelligence. Additionally, you will implement customers’ trading terms, nurture distributor relationships and uncover new business opportunities. • Develop and implement plans to meet secondary sales targets (MT/GT ISM) for assigned distributors. • Manage trade promotional budget and trade fund to achieve a profitable sales mix. • Optimize route‑to‑market coverage, call efficiency, and execute strategic business priorities. • Execute category and trade promotion plans in GT channel and secondary MT customers. • Analyze promotions, provide market intelligence, and recommend actionable insights. • Implement customer trading terms, nurture distributor relationships, and identify new business opportunities.

What You Bring

Essential qualifications include a minimum of two to three years of FMCG sales experience, a bachelor’s degree, strong knowledge of the retail environment, results‑orientation and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The position is based in Singapore, offers full‑time employment, and does not provide relocation assistance; candidates must already be authorized to work in Singapore. • Meet essential requirements: 2–3 years FMCG sales experience, bachelor's degree, strong retail knowledge, results‑orientation, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
