About the Role

• Lead business requirements analysis for upgrades and enhancements to the Defence ERP system in the commercial and procure‑to‑pay domain. • Design and implement Defence‑compliant procurement processes, map workflows and drive system, policy and organisational change. • Engage directly with Defence stakeholders to ensure ERP procurement practices align with Commonwealth and Defence procurement frameworks. • Provide independent commercial and procurement advice on the Defence ERP system to support informed decision‑making. • Produce and assure Defence‑ready documentation, guaranteeing ERP artefacts meet governance, compliance and best‑practice standards.

What You Bring

• Demonstrated experience in commercial or procurement roles, preferably within Defence or complex public‑sector environments. • Strong knowledge of Commonwealth procure‑to‑pay value chain and end‑to‑end procurement processes. • Experience supporting complex Defence procurement activities in governed, policy‑driven settings. • Proven ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across large, multi‑layered organisations. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of independent work and effective teamwork. • Hold and maintain a Baseline/Negative Vetting 1 or higher security clearance; may require compliance with ITAR. • Strong work ethic, positive attitude and commitment to delivering high‑quality outcomes.
