About the Role
The Logistician IV integrates logistics processes across operational, acquisition, and wholesale environments, directing the integrated logistics process, developing support policies, procedures and systems, and providing implementation guidance. This role prepares and implements directives to ensure effective logistics support, establishes standards for workforce training and equipment, and manages all logistics actions associated with the life‑cycle management of weapon systems, subsystems and equipment. • Lead lifecycle sustainment and logistics planning activities for SCAMPI systems in accordance with DoD and USSOCOM requirements. • Develop, maintain, and execute Logistics Support Plans (LSP), Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) strategies, and sustainment documentation. • Serve as the primary point of contact for equipment issue resolution, coordinating with Government logistics managers, OEMs, and support teams. • Oversee configuration management baselines, warranty tracking, spares planning, and inventory control activities. • Manage disposal of excess Government property through DLA and ensure compliance with property accountability regulations. • Provide senior‑level analysis and recommendations for spares provisioning, lifecycle cost optimization, and sustainment improvements. • Support configuration audits, CCBs, and logistics‑related reviews.

What You Bring
The position may involve exposure to confidential or unclassified information and requires physical activities such as walking, standing, bending, reaching, and handling items up to 50 pounds. Employees must operate a computer, communicate effectively, and perform analytical tasks in a standard office environment, with occasional travel, ladder use, and warehouse assistance. • Master’s Degree. • Minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in integrated logistics support. • Proficiency with integrated logistics systems and contract cost monitoring tools such as eCRAFT. • Ability to pass a pre‑employment background check and pre‑hire drug test. • Current active Secret Security Clearance. • Valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. • U.S. Citizenship. • Logistics DAWIA Level 3 certification or equivalent (preferred).
