About the Role

Parsons will provide Owner‑Agent Construction Management Services—including program management, risk management, scheduling, cost estimating, progress reporting, quality assurance, and safety—to ensure the project’s objectives are met. • Lead land acquisition efforts to secure large parcels of real estate critical to program infrastructure goals. • Coordinate with DHS, USACE, and other government agencies to gather acquisition data and resolve challenges. • Develop and implement strategies for eminent domain, negotiations, and other complex acquisition issues. • Collaborate with operational teams to identify land‑related project risks and create mitigation plans. • Align acquisition activities with project schedule and overall program objectives. • Provide expert guidance on real estate transactions, legal considerations, and regulatory compliance.

What You Bring

• U.S. citizenship required; able to obtain appropriate DHS suitability determination. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field; 10+ years experience in real estate and land acquisition management. • Strong knowledge of eminent domain and real‑estate transaction processes; proven leadership in facilities management. • Experience with project scheduling, cost estimating, capital projects, and federal government regulations (DHS, USACE). • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. • Desired: certifications such as IFMA CFM, FMP, or PMP; GIS proficiency for land acquisition analysis. • Desired: strong interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with agencies, property owners, and internal teams. • Desired: proficiency with MS Project or Primavera P6 and ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
