About the Role
The Ready‑Mix Truck Driver safely operates a ready‑mix truck to deliver concrete, performs pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections, ensures accurate delivery tickets, maintains communication with dispatch, and assists with loading and unloading as needed while following all safety protocols and company policies. The work environment involves moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise levels. • Operate ready‑mix truck safely to deliver concrete • Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections • Complete accurate delivery tickets and communicate with dispatch • Load and unload materials as needed • Follow all safety protocols and company policies

What You Bring
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, be able to operate heavy equipment, possess good communication and interpersonal skills, have the physical ability to meet job demands, and be willing to work in various weather conditions. Employment is contingent upon a post‑offer physical exam, drug/alcohol screening, background check, and, for some roles, FMCSA‑regulated ongoing testing. • High school diploma or GED required • Ability to operate heavy equipment and vehicles • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Physical capability to meet job demands • Willingness to work in varied weather conditions
