About the Role

As a pivotal member of the Sunrun retail team, you will embody the essence of our brand within designated partner retail stores and play a vital role in influencing potential customers. Your impact will be measured by your ability to foster relationships, generate enthusiasm for our products, and educate prospects on renewable energy and storage solutions. Success in this role also requires proactively scheduling appointments to expand the Sunrun customer base. • Represent the Sunrun brand in partner retail locations. • Build relationships and generate enthusiasm for solar and storage products. • Educate customers on renewable energy benefits and solutions. • Proactively schedule and secure new solar appointment leads. • Work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. • Maintain reliable transportation within a 15‑30‑mile service area. • Stand, move, and lift up to 25 pounds during daily retail activities. • Participate in paid training, mentorship, and tuition‑covered continuing education.
