About the Role
The Chef de Partie will help create the Discovery Land Company experience for members and fellow employees, working closely with the Floor Steward to maintain a clean and orderly kitchen environment. • Organize and lead a section of cooks, assigning duties and ensuring meticulous cleanliness. • Supervise food quality, checking taste, temperature, visual appeal, and portion sizes per executive chef standards. • Enforce safe food handling practices and monitor equipment, reporting broken utensils and damaged china. • Ensure compliance with safety, health, security, loss‑control policies and applicable government regulations. • Maintain kitchen equipment, prevent damage, and promptly alert the Executive Chef to any issues. • Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and meet physical demands such as standing over 8 hours and lifting up to 50 lb.

What You Bring
• Hold a culinary arts degree or certificate with at least 5 years of experience, including 2–3 years in fine dining. • Demonstrate knowledge of ServSafe and safe food handling practices. • Exhibit a positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
