About the Role
The technician will provide preventative maintenance on commercial doors and related hardware, work both independently and within a team, and deliver strong customer service in a fast‑paced environment. Experience with manufacturers such as Horton, Stanley, Record USA, Besam, and Assa Abloy is a plus. • Perform repairs and replacements of ADA operators, door closers, pivot assemblies, panic hardware, and various automatic, sliding, folding, swing, and storefront doors. • Conduct preventative maintenance on commercial door systems and associated control devices. • Manage multiple projects, meet time constraints, and maintain detailed documentation of work processes. • Deliver excellent customer service with strong attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment. • Maintain a clean driving record for company vehicle operation.

What You Bring
The current opportunity is for an Automatic Door Service Technician. The role focuses on servicing automatic door systems for commercial clients, with AAADM certification preferred. Candidates should have at least two years of experience as an automatic‑door installer or service technician, strong mechanical aptitude, and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles. Proficiency in carpentry for partition framing, metal/wood studs, and door/window installation is required, as is the ability to manage multiple projects, work under time constraints, and maintain a professional attitude. • Utilize carpentry skills for partition framing, metal/wood stud installation, and door/window fitting. • Hold at least 2 years’ experience as an automatic door installer or service technician; AAADM certification preferred. • Experience with manufacturers such as Horton, Stanley, Record USA, Besam, and Assa Abloy is advantageous.
