Key functions include executing commercial renovations and build‑outs, providing detailed repair documentation, and communicating effectively with customers to build relationships. The position demands flexibility to work overtime, on‑call, and travel as workload and emergencies dictate. • Perform carpentry tasks including framing, cabinetry, and door/window installation. • Paint interior and exterior surfaces. • Install flooring types such as VCT, LVT, tile, carpet squares, and cove base. • Handle electrical tasks like fixture, switch, outlet replacement, data connections, and minor diagnostics – licensed electricians encouraged. • Execute commercial renovations and buildouts. • Communicate professionally with customers, providing detailed repair documentation and quotes. • Work overtime, on‑call, and travel overnight across the U.S. as needed.

What You Bring
The current opening is for a Traveling General Handyman. The role involves full‑time commercial construction projects across the United States, requiring willingness to travel and work overnight shifts when needed. Candidates must be proficient in core trades such as carpentry, painting, and flooring, and possess basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Licensed plumbers and electricians are especially encouraged to apply. Familiarity with OSHA requirements and basic computer skills is also required. Applicants should have a minimum of three years’ experience in construction or commercial maintenance, supply their own basic hand tools, and obtain OSHA 10‑hour certification within three months of hire (employer‑paid). • Conduct basic plumbing work (sink, faucet, toilet, drainage) – licensed plumbers encouraged. • Apply knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems. • Maintain OSHA compliance and possess basic computer skills. • Meet minimum 3 years construction/commercial maintenance experience and possess hand tools. • Obtain OSHA 10‑hour certification within 3 months (employer‑paid).
