About the Role
The role involves promptly meeting guest requests, communicating maintenance and front‑desk needs, daily quality checks of rooms, updating room status for front‑desk agents, ordering housekeeping and laundry supplies, maintaining clean public areas, building housekeeping schedules, and performing other duties assigned by the leader. • Ensure guest requests are met promptly • Communicate maintenance and front desk needs • Perform daily room quality checks • Update front desk agents and room matrix on room status • Order housekeeping, laundry supplies, and room amenities • Maintain clean public areas of the lodge • Build housekeeping schedules and manage housekeeper needs

What You Bring
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of related experience, basic computer skills, and proficient English communication. Flexibility to work varied days, weekends, and holidays is required.
