About the Role
The Regional Sales Director (Thermal) – EMEA Data Centre Solutions leads the sales strategy across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, focusing on growth within key data centre accounts such as hyperscalers and colocation providers. Operating within a global POD structure, the role manages a team of technical sales specialists who deliver tailored thermal solutions that meet complex data centre requirements. Key responsibilities include developing and executing customer‑based sales strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and forecasting and managing sales performance. The director ensures alignment with GSAM and Silent Aire leadership, oversees team capability development and technical solution leadership, and maintains high‑quality customer engagement across regions. Accountability extends to secured growth, profitability, demand planning, accurate forecasting, and fostering long‑term account expansion through strong relationships and negotiation support. Collaboration is essential with Global Products, Operations, Service, Marketing, Finance, and Portfolio teams to guarantee successful solution delivery and competitive positioning. Preferred locations for this role include the UK, Ireland, Dubai, Germany, or Spain. • Lead EMEA sales strategy for thermal solutions targeting hyperscalers and colocation providers. • Manage and develop a team of technical sales specialists to deliver customized thermal solutions. • Develop and execute customer‑centric sales plans, identify new market opportunities, and forecast performance. • Drive growth, profitability, demand planning, and accurate forecasting while nurturing key customer relationships. • Collaborate with global product, operations, service, marketing, finance, and portfolio teams for solution delivery. • Provide leadership in change management and guide teams through transformation and growth. • Leverage extensive thermal industry expertise and deep knowledge of the data centre ecosystem.
