About the Role
• Take responsibility for client invoicing, AR collections, and project budgeting; assist with A/P coding, timesheets, and expense reports. • Manage and maintain accurate contract documentation, including fee and budget entries. • Provide timely contract performance data and resolve financial issues with business groups and project staff. • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements using HDR’s project accounting system. • Assist multiple project managers and staff daily.

What You Bring
• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience. • Excellent verbal and written communication, including grammar, punctuation, proofreading, spelling, and telephone etiquette. • Flexibility to prioritize and handle multiple tasks while collaborating with managers in a fast‑paced environment. • Self‑motivated, well‑organized, and detail‑oriented. • Ability to handle confidential information. • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel). • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (preferred). • Familiarity with Earned Value Management (preferred).
