About the Role

The analyst will analyze profit‑and‑loss results, identify trends, and drive cost‑optimization initiatives across the organization. Working closely with supply chain, operations, engineering, and accounting, the specialist will help develop budgets, forecasts, and continuous‑improvement strategies. Additional duties include capital‑project evaluation, inventory analysis, and participation in ERP migration efforts. • Perform variance analysis of key cost drivers such as sales, labor, materials, distribution, and overhead. • Develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for manufacturing locations. • Partner with Supply Chain to forecast inbound/outbound freight and analyze monthly variances. • Monitor financial metrics and KPIs to spot trends, inefficiencies, and cost‑saving opportunities. • Collaborate with operations, engineering, and supply chain to create continuous‑improvement plans. • Work with Accounting to ensure accurate and timely month‑end close. • Conduct ROI and NPV analysis for capital investment projects. • Analyze inventory levels, turnover, and working‑capital impacts. • Extract and visualize data using ERP and consolidation tools, supporting ERP migration initiatives. • Update annual standard costs in collaboration with cross‑functional teams. • Assist with ad‑hoc FP&A projects as required.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or a related field and have three to five years of senior financial analysis experience, preferably in manufacturing. Strong analytical, organizational, and project‑management skills are required, along with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. A proactive, energetic attitude and willingness to challenge the status quo are essential. • Hold a bachelor’s degree and 3‑5 years of senior financial analyst experience; manufacturing background a plus. • Demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and project‑management abilities. • Thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment with a proactive, energetic approach.
