What You Bring

The Offer Marketing Apprentice role is based in Telford (hybrid) and is part of a UK Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship Programme with a salary of £23,000. The apprentice will support the development and execution of product marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and demand through digital channels, aligning product positioning with customer needs and business objectives. Applicants must have a minimum of five GCSEs (or Level 2 equivalent) at grade C/4 or above, including English and Mathematics, plus three A‑levels at BCC or equivalent BTEC. No prior experience is required, but the role does not offer visa sponsorship. • Basic understanding of marketing principles, especially digital and B2B concepts. • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences. • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills. • Curiosity and willingness to learn, proactively developing new skills and product knowledge. • Team player comfortable collaborating across departments. • Basic digital literacy, familiar with social media, email tools, and Microsoft Office. • Creative mindset to contribute ideas for campaigns and content. • Analytical thinking with interest in interpreting data and improving performance. • Experience with content creation such as blogs, social posts, and visuals. • Awareness of the B2B buyer journey and lead generation strategies. • Knowledge of marketing tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.

During the apprenticeship you will receive on‑the‑job training from Schneider Electric, covering the skills and knowledge required for the role, as well as off‑the‑job training delivered by an approved training provider for at least 20% of your working hours. This protected time ensures you acquire the competency standards required for occupational success. The position is a full‑time role of 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with start and finish times agreed with your line manager. A portion of these hours will be dedicated to the off‑the‑job training required by the apprenticeship programme.
