About the Role

• Advise on the appropriateness of various procurement routes. • Provide guidance on administrative procedures required for the project. • Manage the procurement process and report outcomes. • Oversee the commercial team to ensure effective performance. • Handle cost and contract management promptly and accurately. • Negotiate and agree variations, claims, and final accounts. • Ensure CVR targets are met and the project achieves profitability. • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and consultants for future work. • Collaborate on net‑zero carbon transition and manage associated emissions during delivery. • Provide leadership and management for large, diverse teams. • Manage relationships with senior stakeholders effectively.
