About the Role
The New Home Consultant Trainee will operate a Welcome Home Center under a mentor’s guidance, generate and maintain a robust sales pipeline, and engage customers to process sale agreements and close new home sales. This role balances office/phone work with active presence on job sites and community events. Key responsibilities include building relationships with visitors to assess their home‑buying needs, self‑generating leads through community outreach and realtor partnerships, and maintaining thorough market knowledge of products, community features, and demographics. The trainee will provide consistent follow‑up from initial contact through post‑closing, participate in sales meetings, promotions, and ensure model‑home upkeep. • Operate Welcome Home Center under mentor guidance. • Generate and maintain a robust sales pipeline. • Self‑generate leads via community engagement, realtor partnerships, and prospecting. • Engage visitors to assess home‑buying needs using Lennar’s selling philosophy. • Provide end‑to‑end follow‑up from initial contact through post‑closing. • Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, marketing programs, and maintain model homes. • Complete required training and attend community events and phone banks.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least a high‑school diploma (a college degree and real‑estate license are preferred), a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales‑tracking tools. The position requires regular in‑person attendance, the ability to work in all weather conditions, walk uneven surfaces, and lift up to 25 lb, while demonstrating a self‑motivated, positive work ethic. • Required: high‑school diploma (college degree and real‑estate license preferred), valid driver’s license, reliable transportation. • Skills: strong communication, organization, customer service; proficient in Microsoft Office and sales‑tracking tools; self‑motivated with positive attitude. • Physical: work in all weather conditions, walk uneven surfaces, lift up to 25 lb, operate keyboard and telephone equipment.

Compensation is expected to start at an hourly rate of $25 (or $16.28‑$20 in some locations) with eligibility for bonuses and commissions.
