About the Role

The Administrator will provide comprehensive support to the Office Manager and site teams, handling business administration tasks and assisting all staff to ensure smooth operations across the organisation. • Maintain internal administration systems, keeping them up‑to‑date and relevant • Compile data for key performance indicators • Process health and safety data and order necessary equipment • Handle filing, photocopying, and scanning tasks as needed • Order plant and materials for site projects • Assist with CCS preparation on sites • Attend meetings and take accurate minutes • Ensure efficient systems and adherence to company administration policies • Submit reports and forms correctly and on time • Perform any other ad‑hoc administrative duties for the NEE team
