About the Role

As a Move Manager, you will lead comprehensive move operations, coordinating end‑to‑end occupancy change management and overseeing vendor partnerships. You will act as the central point for all move‑related communications, maintaining accurate schedules in the move management system and producing timelines for service providers. Your work will directly impact employee experience and operational efficiency across diverse facility environments, including specialized laboratory spaces. Your daily tasks include reviewing approved occupancy change requests, managing communications from approval through post‑transaction feedback, and creating work orders to achieve “space ready” status. You will perform regular space audits, maintain furniture and signage inventories, and develop group move plans in collaboration with occupancy planners, facility management, and construction teams. Additionally, you will coordinate with technology, telephony, and furniture vendors while ensuring compliance with safety and EH&S protocols during cleaning and decontamination processes. • Coordinate end‑to‑end move operations, reviewing occupancy change requests, managing vendor partnerships, and maintaining schedules in the TANGO Move Module. • Serve as primary communication hub for move‑related updates, from approval through post‑transaction feedback, ensuring accurate data flow. • Conduct weekly departure space reviews, create work orders, perform monthly space audits, and update occupancy records. • Manage furniture and signage inventory, oversee storage, and coordinate maintenance with external vendors. • Develop and execute group move plans with Occupancy Planners, Facility Management, and Construction, including MAC activities and field audits. • Liaise with technology, telephony, and furniture vendors, coordinating implementation dates with IT, VTS, Construction, and relocation contractors. • Ensure compliance with safety and EH&S protocols during cleaning, decontamination, and locker assignments.
