About the Role

The individual will execute Stanley Black & Decker's value strategy in partnership with key distribution partners, forming strategic relationships with distributors' sales professionals and field management to deliver jobsite solutions focused on power and hand tools. Daily activities include sales calls to distribution locations, joint end‑user visits, branch merchandising, and new product awareness, while implementing strategies from Senior Territory Managers. • Build relationships with assigned distribution partners, supporting inside and outside sales representatives. • Own the territory and drive sales growth in the served market. • Promote the DEWALT brand through product knowledge sessions, local distribution events, and corporate initiatives. • Develop, plan, and execute effective sales and conversion strategies while maximizing ROI. • Identify and pursue new business development opportunities within the assigned region. • Manage budget, communication, follow‑up, and call‑reports for the territory.

What You Bring

• Require post‑secondary education and 2–5 years of sales experience with a record of achievements. • Willingness to travel and strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities with creativity and strategic thinking. • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experienced with Salesforce and SAP. • B2B sales experience is considered an asset.
