The company’s IMPACT values—Inclusion, Mastery, Purpose, Action, Curiosity, Teamwork—guide its culture and business success. • Minimum 1+ year experience in industrial automation, instrumentation, or control systems. • Familiarity with PLCs, SCADA, DCS, and field instrumentation. • Understanding of control loops, P&IDs, and process control strategies. • Knowledge of industry standards such as ISA standards for control system design. • Hands‑on experience with industrial networking protocols and topologies. • Proficiency in MS Office and engineering tools (e.g., AutoCAD). • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, or related field. • Good communication and teamwork skills.
