What You Bring
We are seeking an experienced plumber with additional trade skills to join our team as a Multi‑Trade Operative. The successful candidate will carry out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs for our properties, delivering a first‑class service and meeting required deadlines. Applicants must hold a valid UK driving licence, as a company vehicle will be provided for work use, and must pass a basic criminal‑record check. Eligibility to work in the UK is required, with residence in England or Wales for the duration of employment; no visa sponsorship is available. • Hold a valid UK driving licence; company van provided for work use. • Pass a basic criminal‑record check and be eligible to work in the UK (reside in England or Wales).

Benefits
The role offers a salary of £36,000‑£41,000 plus a £125 monthly London allowance, a company van, tools, a bonus scheme and regular overtime. It is based in the London region covering Rainham, Barking and Dagenham, works 40 hours per week and is a permanent contract.
