What You Bring
Candidates need a bachelor’s degree (or a high school diploma/GED with at least four years of sales experience) and at least three years of proposal experience. Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are required. Ability to influence others, lead small teams, and drive moderate‑scope initiatives is essential. The role demands coordination of multiple projects, effective problem‑solving, and proven analytical and organizational abilities. • Bachelor’s degree required (or high school diploma/GED with ≥4 years sales experience). • Minimum three years of experience in proposal development. • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities. • Proven capability to influence, lead small teams, and manage moderate‑scope initiatives. • Skilled at coordinating multiple projects, solving problems, and applying strong analytical and organizational skills.
