About the Role

In this position you will oversee data integrity, budget monitoring and compliance activities while supporting the preparation of management reports. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation across the portfolio. • Serve as primary contact for landlords, sub‑tenants and clients, handling communications, emergencies and preventative maintenance. • Keep portfolio database accuracy above 98% and ensure lease terms are correctly reflected in systems. • Monitor and resolve landlord responsibility work orders within 30 days, complying with legislation, OHS and risk‑management policies. • Assist with property operating expenditure, prepare budgets and achieve annual budget targets within ±1% variance. • Ensure timely payment of all lease‑related expenses. • Support lease termination activities, including make‑good commitments and site handbacks. • Review monthly rent‑roll variances, provide commentary and contribute to portfolio management reports. • Identify cost‑reduction and revenue‑growth opportunities while meeting financial timelines and client contracts. • Collaborate with Facilities Management and other Portfolio Managers, contributing to team meetings and best‑practice initiatives. • Manage multiple complex issues concurrently under tight operational deadlines while maintaining quality outcomes. • Meet performance targets with a focus on superior client service delivery. • Apply strong analytical skills and attention to detail for financial reporting, data management and compliance monitoring.

The Property Manager role is a key position within JLL's national portfolio team, responsible for delivering exceptional property‑management outcomes for a valued client. The successful candidate will work in a fast‑paced environment, managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring service delivery expectations are consistently met and exceeded. Although the role is hybrid, attendance at the Melbourne CBD office is required a minimum of three days per week. • Hold a tertiary qualification in Property/Real Estate or equivalent. • Maintain a current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration. • Possess at least 2 years of property, contract or project management experience, preferably in high‑volume environments with major landlords or retailers. • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication and strong stakeholder management across all organizational levels. • Work effectively in team environments, supporting colleagues and contributing to collective success.
