Housekeeper

About the Role

The Housekeeper is responsible for daily cleaning of the community’s public facilities, common areas, and grounds, as well as preparing vacant units for move‑in under the supervision of the Community Manager. • Attend on‑site daily to clean grounds, residential areas, common spaces, and vacant units. • Perform trash removal and maintain cleanliness of community offices and amenities. • Respond promptly to resident and management work orders for common areas, buildings, and units. • Follow Asset Living policies, report rule violations, and use resources and supplies efficiently. • Deliver excellent customer service, monitor service request turnaround, and uphold community image. • Enforce community policies as delegated by supervisor. • Safely lift and move objects up to 25 lb., navigate ladders, stairs, scaffolding, and operate equipment. • Work overtime, weekends, or night hours as needed and handle exposure to hazardous chemicals.

What You Bring

• Hold a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred) and at least one year of housing industry experience. • Demonstrate basic computer skills and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
