The role involves learning and performing basic-level tasks and activities related to the assigned process or business area. • Follow the designated training schedule and achieve certification at each defined level. • Maintain professional and productive communication with internal customers. • Incorporate new procedures into daily routine. • Meet or exceed individual productivity requirements. • Resolve problem invoices with urgency. • Address quality control issues in problem queues.
