About the Role
The Regional Manager oversees the full operation of a housing‑community portfolio, supervising personnel, leasing, maintenance, finance, administration, and risk management to ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and fair‑housing guidelines. • Recruit, hire, train, coach, and evaluate on‑site staff; manage performance issues and approve timesheets and salary requests. • Ensure staff adherence to company policies, fair‑housing, and safety standards. • Develop and monitor annual operating budgets, forecasts, and monthly income/expense reports; drive net operating income through cost control and revenue enhancements. • Review capital improvement proposals, vendor contracts, and oversee timely receipt and reconciliation of rent collections and invoices. • Create annual marketing plans, implement leasing strategies, and manage resident retention programs to maximize occupancy and rent growth. • Resolve resident complaints, conduct property tours, and ensure high‑quality customer service and maintenance response times. • Supervise administrative reporting, emergency response procedures, and maintain property appearance through regular inspections.

What You Bring
The role involves 25–50 % travel for property visits, conferences or training, and requires a high‑school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), relevant housing‑industry experience, and preferably CAM or ARM certification. • Travel 25–50 % of the time for site visits, conferences, and training. • Required: high‑school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), four years housing industry experience or equivalent, CAM/ARM certification preferred, knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA, basic computer skills.
