About the Role
The firm is hiring a Director of Scheduling to lead scheduling services for key data‑center client accounts, overseeing complex construction programs from Rayville, Louisiana. The role requires full onsite presence Monday‑Friday, with relocation or travel flexibility, and occasional regional trips. The director will be responsible for Integrated Master Schedule development, team mentorship, and providing strategic scheduling leadership to accelerate business growth in the data‑center sector. • Create and manage detailed, resource‑loaded schedules for multiple large‑scale data‑center projects. • Establish and enforce standardized scheduling best practices, processes, and tools across the program. • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project planning and scheduling methods. • Serve as primary contact for scheduling matters with internal leadership, clients, and contractors. • Support business development and growth of scheduling/project‑controls services. • Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) aligning design, engineering, procurement, and construction. • Establish baseline schedules, evaluate performance, and define KPIs for multi‑project programs. • Conduct schedule reviews, scenario modeling, and trend analysis to inform program decisions. • Integrate schedule data with cost, risk, and reporting systems such as Power BI and Tableau. • Collaborate with Project Controls, Finance, and project‑management teams to ensure schedule accuracy and budget alignment. • Monitor schedule risks and opportunities and support mitigation planning with senior stakeholders. • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of schedulers across multiple sites, providing feedback and fostering a results‑driven culture. • Facilitate regular schedule coordination meetings with project managers, design teams, GCs, subcontractors, and client leadership. • Communicate schedule updates, risks, and recommendations via dashboards, executive presentations, and written reports. • Oversee preparation of monthly program reporting and look‑ahead schedules (1, 3, and 6 months). • Consolidate multiple schedule inputs into a cohesive program‑level master schedule.

What You Bring
• On‑site availability Monday‑Friday in Rayville, LA (relocation or travel required). • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. • 12+ years of scheduling experience on large‑scale construction projects, including program‑level responsibilities. • 2+ years leading high‑performing scheduling or project‑controls teams (consulting preferred). • Proven experience developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules for complex programs. • Expert proficiency in Primavera P6 (baseline development, critical‑path analysis, advanced reporting). • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, MEP systems, and commissioning/turnover workflows. • Ability to deliver schedules in fast‑paced, mission‑critical or data‑center environments. • Strong analytical, decision‑making, and conceptual scheduling skills. • Excellent communication, presentation, and senior‑level stakeholder‑management abilities. • Proficiency with Excel and data‑visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. • Graduate degree in a related discipline (preferred). • Professional certifications such as PMP, PSP (AACE), CCM, or EIT (preferred). • Experience in data‑center or mission‑critical construction (preferred). • Background in Project Controls (cost, estimating, risk) (preferred). • Business‑development experience to grow scheduling services (preferred).
