About the Role

The role holds overall responsibility for Operations, ensuring the plant operates in compliance with regulatory and safety requirements, company policies, ALARA concepts, and best operating practices. The incumbent will lead the plant to achieve safe, efficient, and fiscally responsible performance. • Prioritize, schedule, and execute work activities with direct reports, establishing sound operating practices and monitoring performance for safe, efficient, high‑availability plant operation. • Maintain an operational focus in decision‑making to enhance plant reliability and eliminate risk. • Create and communicate clear policies and procedures to achieve an error‑free work environment and performance excellence. • Review Operations personnel performance and recommend training program adjustments for maximum benefit. • Participate in the Operations Peer group and support its activities. • Advocate for station prioritization of Chemistry and Reactivity Management issues. • Perform additional assignments as directed, including outage support outside the department. • Maintain an active, inactive, or certified SRO license meeting ANSI/ANS‑3.1‑2014 4.2.2 standards.

What You Bring

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Nuclear) with at least 2 years of related experience. • Accumulate 12 years of overall experience, including 4 years in power plant operations, 4 years in nuclear power plant experience, and 3 years in supervisory or managerial roles. • Meet additional qualification requirements outlined in ANSI/ANS‑3.1‑2014 4.2.2 for nuclear power plant personnel. • Satisfy minimum access and medical examination requirements applicable to the position.
