About the Role

The Tenant Services Coordinator supports BGIS clients by coordinating small‑scale maintenance projects, workspace changes, design services, and office services while resolving tenant issues to ensure a seamless workplace experience for all employees. In this role you will collaborate with all key BGIS departments and external partners, playing a central part in the integrated approach to operating buildings and influencing how employees work daily. Core duties include ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, delivering friendly workplace support, managing lobby and floor responsibilities, assisting with technology issues, processing service requests, coordinating contractor work, and maintaining clear project communication and data tracking. • Coordinate small‑scale maintenance, workspace change, and design projects for tenants. • Resolve tenant issues promptly to maintain a high‑quality workplace experience. • Support customers, visitors, and employees with courteous, knowledgeable service. • Manage lobby operations, including visitor sign‑in, health screening, and badge enforcement. • Maintain cleanliness of high‑touch surfaces and ensure safety hazards are reported. • Provide technology assistance, troubleshoot meeting‑room equipment, and demonstrate new tools. • Submit and track work orders for maintenance, technology, and janitorial needs. • Administer locker and file‑cabinet inventory assignments. • Process service requests via phone, email, or in‑person and keep project trackers updated. • Collaborate with Facility Managers and contractors to deliver tenant service projects on schedule. • Review contractor work, report discrepancies, and coordinate purchase‑order requests. • Develop and deliver clear project communications, including deadlines and scope updates. • Track project timelines, status, and monthly totals for reporting to management. • Build and maintain effective relationships with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols for all building activities.

What You Bring

Candidates should have a high‑school diploma plus a technical or business course, 1‑3 years of relevant experience, strong customer‑service and interpersonal skills, knowledge of commercial building systems, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; CAD skills are an asset.
