About the Role

Backed by Blackbird and experiencing strong product‑market fit, the company is scaling quickly with a global, outcome‑focused team. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is tasked with qualifying and routing inbound leads across self‑service and inside‑sales channels. The role involves frequent interaction with prospects via phone, email, live chat, and internal platforms such as Slack and Salesforce. Success is measured by the number of product demonstrations booked and completed, with the current team consistently reaching at least 95 % of monthly targets. • Qualify and route inbound leads through self‑service and inside‑sales channels. • Engage prospects via phone calls, emails, live chat, Slack and Salesforce. • Book and complete product demonstrations to meet monthly quota, consistently achieving ≥95 % of targets. • Conduct customer meetings digitally (Zoom/Teams) or in‑person.
