About the Role

In this role you will prepare proposals and bids, negotiate contracts, ensure compliance with contractual commitments, and assess commercial risk, operating in line with a predefined sales plan. You will also lead the finance risk review process for MENATI‑region deals, coordinating with commercial, finance, and cross‑functional stakeholders. • Assess key financial risk elements such as CAPEX exposure, credit rating, guarantees, revenue recognition, billing risks, and contractual articles. • Prepare and present comprehensive financial risk summaries to the Region FP&A CFO and Delegation of Authority reviewers. • Document and justify all financial risk considerations in line with internal governance standards before deal submission. • Serve as the focal point for clarifications, follow‑ups, and alignment between commercial teams and finance approvers to ensure timely decisions.

What You Bring

Success in this position requires experience in pre‑tender engagement, opportunity management, proposal development, bid coordination, cross‑functional collaboration, documentation, time management, and contract finalization with client alignment. A bachelor’s degree (or high school diploma/GED with at least three years of sales/finance experience) and a minimum of one year in proposals are required. Candidates must have strong oral and written communication, interpersonal and leadership skills, the ability to influence and lead small teams, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
