Carpenter Foreman I

About the Role

The Carpenter Foreman I provides direction and supervision to the assigned crew and decides when to delegate work or perform it personally. He or she is fully competent in all facets of construction, erecting, stripping, and repairing steel, wood, or plywood structures using hand and power tools in accordance with construction documents. Depending on staffing and circumstances, the foreman may also serve as backup to site supervision. • Provide direction to the assigned crew • Install footing forms • Build and install wall and column forms • Build and install structural deck forms • Prepare and set tilt‑up/precast forms • Work with building layout • Ensure a safe work environment • Participate in training and certifications

What You Bring
