Leasing Associate

About the Role

The Leasing Professional manages on‑site leasing and marketing operations for an assigned community, overseeing lease administration, implementing marketing plans, handling daily office functions and supporting staff as needed. • Conduct guided property tours and follow up with prospects via email and phone. • Prepare and submit leasing and marketing performance reports promptly. • Coordinate in‑house events and outreach marketing activities. • Support daily leasing office operations and supervise office staff as needed. • Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements and brand standards. • Collaborate with the Regional Manager on special projects and HR tasks. • Work full on‑site shifts, including evenings, weekends and overtime for move‑ins/outs. • Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lb and regular bending or stooping.

What You Bring

• Leverage sales or property‑management experience and demonstrate leadership skills. • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Windows and Apple operating systems; experience with Entrata and student housing is a plus.

Benefits
