About the Role
The Senior Substation Project Manager will lead single‑ or multi‑discipline teams throughout the full project lifecycle, from development and initiation to close‑out. This position is responsible for large, technically complex projects, managing multiple concurrent projects, client relationships, and delivering results on schedule and within budget. • Direct and coordinate work of single or multi‑discipline teams throughout the project lifecycle (development, initiation to close‑out). • Manage all aspects of large multi‑discipline projects or medium‑sized projects with high technical complexity and large staff. • Produce and coordinate several projects concurrently. • Establish and maintain client relations; participate in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings. • Conduct work sessions for deliverable development with staff and stakeholders. • Coordinate staffing and workload across the project life cycle to ensure timely deliverables. • Track financial aspects, adjusting work effort to stay within budget and schedule constraints. • Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, and Business leadership for periodic project reviews. • Implement QA/QC procedures. • Supervise large project staffs and mentor less‑experienced Project Managers.

What You Bring
Preferred qualifications include a relevant license or certification and PMP certification. Familiarity with Primavera P3, SureTrak, or Prolog software is also desired. Required qualifications are a bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least ten years of related experience, and a minimum of five years of project‑management experience. Candidates must be proficient with Microsoft Office, estimating and scheduling tools, and project‑management software, and possess strong organizational, communication, and collaborative skills.
