About the Role
Installers ensure personal, crew, and job‑site safety at all times and participate in product and methodology training. What You Bring
Previous solar, construction, or military experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must adhere to safety policies, identify hazards, encourage safe practices, and interact courteously with customers and coworkers. Success is measured by meeting deadlines, metrics, and contributing as a strong teammate in a fast‑paced, team‑based setting. The role requires frequent lifting of up to 50 lb (100 lb with assistance), working on rooftops with varied angles, climbing ladders, and navigating confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces. Installers must tolerate outdoor conditions—including extreme heat, cold, noise, and humidity—and use personal protective equipment and fine‑motor skills for tasks like wiring and sealing. • Lift up to 50 lb frequently (100 lb with assistance) and work on rooftops, ladders, and confined spaces.
