About the Role

Reporting to the Team Leader, the Relocation Co‑ordinator will provide a seamless, high‑quality relocation service, handling tenancy negotiations, customer interactions and competing priorities with professionalism and diplomacy. The role involves working across all stages of occupancy, from initial contact to move‑in, and includes office support for field staff and coordination with partners and contractors. • Deliver exceptional customer service, handling objections and building professional relationships over the phone with efficiency and empathy. • Meet contractual and performance targets by working to tight timeframes and ensuring properties meet quality standards. • Coordinate with partners and contractors, conducting follow‑ups to confirm scheme standards before move‑in and providing office support for field staff. • Maintain accurate case records and data updates to a professional standard. • Finalise commercially astute tenancy terms, ensuring landlords and agents fulfil pre‑tenancy obligations and escalating issues as needed. • Contribute ideas in team meetings to improve working practices and service standards. • Take personal responsibility for developing skills, knowledge of processes and technology, and support ad‑hoc projects and colleague cover. • Ensure full compliance with Mears’ code of conduct, contractual terms and group policies.
