About the Role
The Leasing Consultant is responsible for all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations of a property. The role requires daily onsite attendance and frequent interaction with prospective and existing residents. Essential duties include property leasing and administration, marketing and outreach, and customer & resident relations. Responsibilities range from showing units, completing leasing paperwork, and handling resident complaints to supporting retention programs and executing marketing plans. • Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; qualify leads and sign leases. • Generate new leads, conduct tours, maintain model units, and follow up to close sales. • Complete leasing paperwork, assist with lease audits, unit walks, and turnover processes. • Maintain prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours. • Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic, improve closing ratios, and exceed leasing goals. • Perform administrative tasks and address resident complaints and requests promptly. • Develop and implement resident retention programs such as events, promotions, and newsletters. • Assist with annual marketing plan, conduct market surveys, and report weekly market conditions. • Provide excellent customer service, monitor service request response times, and enforce community policies. • Meet physical demands including lifting/moving objects up to 25 lb, climbing ladders, and working varied hours and conditions.

What You Bring
